Challenge of the Week: Make Your Own!

Using the previous posts as inspiration, create your own creature! The only rules are to incorporate the given characteristics and do not copy the ones that already exist (this is a creative exercise after all!) 

This week’s characteristics: 

- Big/wide mouth filled with teeth 

- Long arms 

- Extra appendages 

Take your time, try a few different things! 

Do not be afraid to start over if you are not happy with what you have. It is your creature! Make it yours.  

Tip: Do a few light and loose sketches of possible body shapes and heads. Do what you feel is right. Is it cute? Is it vicious? Give it a story if it helps. Is it a man-made creation? Was it a deep-sea beast surfacing? Or is it an alien? Do not worry if you are not an artist, try it out, and build your creativity!
